Description
Swadhaar FinAccess is a non-profit partnered with RBI, dedicated to empowering vulnerable communities, focused on women and youth, by providing financial and digital literacy, counseling, and access to essential financial products and services, enabling them to improve their economic well-being and pursue aspirations for a better future.
Swadhaar operates 176 centres with Swadhaar Values of Responsibility, Integrity, Customer First and Excellence.
Swadhaar operates 3 primary programs:
1. DIRECT B2C TRAININGS - RBI MONEYWISE CENTRES FOR FINANCIAL LITERACY: SFA is a partner with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to run 175 Centres for Financial Literacy (CFLs) across underserved areas in Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Bihar, and Maharashtra. These CFLs, serve as hubs for holistic financial inclusion. SFA's trainers work closely with local communities and institutions to provide financial and digital literacy training, facilitate access to financial products, and offer guidance and handholding support.
2. B2B TRAINING - eFinClass : Through the e-FinClass program, SFA shares its expertise in financial literacy by training other NGOs in various sectors. This initiative aims to embed financial education at scale. By partnering with other organizations, extending the reach of financial literacy, ensuring that more underserved communities benefit.
3. B2Platform - FINACT -THE FINANCIAL INCLUSION NETWORK: FINACT is a project designed to build financial capability and agency for women and it aims to establish a Resource Hub and an open-access digital platform for trainer-led capacity building, self-learning, and the development of a sustainable network of programs and interventions, ultimately empowering women financially.
SFA has launched its award-winning Money Management Application ( Swadhaar Saathi) to help vulnerable communities get empowered digitally and financially.
