The management of this sick unit was replaced in 2004 by Dr. Sudhir Kumar Sharma, having vast experience in Research and Development of Technical Grade Pesticides Process Development in Laboratory and Pilot Plant and their implementation up to commercial scale. The promoters of the company have more than 30 years of experience in the Agrochemical Sector.
