SELebral was founded in 2019 realising the urgent need to critique the existing ecosystem and narratives of mental health in India and also to facilitate popular access to the three strongest forces that fuel human vitality - community, conversation & play. It is currently providing counselling & psychotherapy services both virtually and in-person.
