We are a 25 year young designing firm, where architecture is an intelligent outcome of creative engineering and structured madness. Led by Rahul Deshpande, a structural engineer by profession, educated in the United States and having worked in Los Angeles and Washington D.C. - now hopelessly in love with Architecture. We take pride in being small taking on Big, only to do more than justice to our Client's interests and aspirations.

We are an one stop shop for Architecture, Engineering, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Project Management and at times choreography (Ha!). Clients find it convenient while we have a complete control on creativity, costs and time. Works well for all.

We operate from Old Goa in a New Office, spacious (200m2), Hi Tech (the works) and we are workaholics. The team is of Young (at heart), dedicated, hardworking and a strange mixture of professionals with an attitude to be nothing but the Best. For our Client and for ourselves.

We design homes, institutions, industries, townships, bridges, crematoriums, temples, burial grounds- anything that qualifies as a Shelter. Our designs intrinsically are human and nature friendly, since inception. Each project is a challenge and an opportunity to learn, to widen horizons and importantly- meet people. We don't subscribe to latest fads and fashions, don't cling on to the past and caricature it , but are contemporary, modern, very stylish and yet strongly rooted.
