With the customer's continuing requirement of short development time and value added quality product, We have state of art bolt formers and part formers with an installed capacity of 30000MT per annum to produce cold forged components to very high level of precision and thus eliminate the need for most of post forming operations.
We also have modern hot forging facility to produce parts complex in shape and where cold forging process has constraints.
At PRF, We have fully equipped machining facility to produce machined automotive components with close tolerances. We understand deadlines our sustomers should meet.
