Osho Meditation Retreats

When you take a walk in the park with your favourite pet, do you really see trees, feel the breeze and enjoy the moment? Or you are constantly engaged in thoughts? It's time that you practice Mindfulness meditation and stay peaceful within.

How do we do it ?

This workshop includes playful games and interactive group activities to understand meditation and awareness. There will be dancing, laughter, celebration and meditation. It is a 3-day process with Osho Mindfulness techniques and meditations. The course is of tremendous help to build mindfulness and awareness in a playful way for daily life.

Learn what is Mindfulness & how to use it in your daily life at work, home and marketplace
Learn how small acts of everyday living can be transformed into meditative moments
Learn various methods of simple Mindfulness and Meditation techniques

Daily Schedule
6am – 7am Session 1 – Osho Dynamic Meditation
9.30am – 10.30am Breakfast

11am – 1pm Session 2 - Mindfulness Building Activities and Techniques
1pm – 2pm Lunch

4pm – 5pm Session 3 - Osho Kundalini Meditation
5pm – 5.30pm Tea Break

6.30pm – 8pm Session 4 - Osho White robe Meditation
8pm – 9pm Dinner
