In August 2017, Ningxin established a controlling subsidiary, Jiangxi Ningheda New Material Co., Ltd.， which is mainly engaged in graphite product processing, graphite product matching service, providing graphite materials, graphite electrode and graphite products for the lithium industry, rare earth industry, machinery industry, aerospace, semiconductor and solar photovoltaic industry. Since then, Ningxin has completed the extension of the special graphite industrial chain and realized the transformation from the original material supplier to the industrial service provider.
The project of annual output of 18000 tons special graphite and 6000 tons lithium battery cathode materials has been started.
