Iswar Sankalpa - India is a nonprofit organization based in Kolkata, India working towards protecting the rights and dignity of homeless persons and persons from low resource settings with psychosocial disabilities.

The organisation was established in 2007 with its flagship programme Naya Daur - A community based outreach programme for homeless persons with psychosocial disabilities. Since then the organisation has evolved with 7 other programmes in the verticals of integrating mental healthcare with urban primary healthcare making it accessible to persons from low resource settings who are vulnerable to homelessness, shelter homes for homeless persons with psychosocial disabilities, day care centres, skills development programmes for sustainable livelihood and other reintegration programmes.
