The mission is to institutionalize the IMC-K as an apex body that uses a multi-modular, integrated framework of institutions to develop a bottom-up skill-driven Overseas Employment Pathways that will make the process of emigration from Karnataka safe, orderly, humane and efficient, throughout the migration lifecycle through a multi-stakeholder approach.
