At the Ideation Advisory Foundation (IA Foundation) we believe in Mother Teresa's message. We are inspired by her life, serving heart, and desire to demonstrate unconditional positive regard to all. We believe that through her, we can be whole and free.

We seek to treat people with respect and dignity. Recognizing their individual gifts and seeking to encourage and empower them to bring about change and growth. We seek to help families regardless of their beliefs, backgrounds, or circumstances, offering emotional support through our integrative therapeutic and creative approaches. Our ethos doesn't manacle us to serve beyond our boundaries. We firmly believe that the soul is the same in all living creatures, so all staff members and volunteers are committed to their work as a genuine occupational requirement.

We seek to care for and to support all our staff and volunteers to enable their own personal and professional development. We are open to working with other agencies involved in supporting families and signposting additional services where appropriate. At the IA Foundation, we aim to bring ecstasy, acceptance, love, and the healing power of God to all the families. We support the staff and the volunteers we work with. Relationships are key to the work that we do, and we believe these relationships, demonstrated through the direct work we do with families, are results of our faith in God.
