(vii) Obtaining Non Scheduled Flight Clearance: Company has obtained security clearance for our directors from DGCA New Delhi vide their letter no AV.14014/21/2012-AT-I dated 12 Dec 2012(copy attached for ready reference) for airport landing and over fly clearance as per Civil Aviation Requirements, Section 3 -Air Transport, Series ‘F' Part I, Dated 12th Oct 2010.
