Description
MITTI, as a part of its livelihood development initiative for the economic independence and dignity of persons with disability, aims at providing employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for adults with intellectual and/or physical disability through the creation of food cafes within institutional spaces.
We believe that Disability is not just a health problem. It is rather a complex phenomenon, reflecting the interaction between features of a person's body and features of the society in which he or she lives. Overcoming the difficulties faced by people with disabilities requires interventions to remove environmental and social barriers.
