Description
ACC is a centre of yogic and cosmological research established and directed by Patrizia Norelli-Bachelet (Thea) in 1986 in the Palani Hills of Tamil Nadu, India, focused on developing and disseminating applicable higher knowledge based on the Integral & Supramental yogas founded by Sri Aurobindo and the Mother.
ACC continues Sri Aurobindo's mission of restoring Vedic Gnosis in India and in the world, restoring the deeper meaning of religious symbols & rituals that have become distorted and misunderstood over past ages. This restoration includes calendar reform and re-linking collective consciousness to the true Vedic Year of the Rishis. The efforts of ACC are geared towards uplifting humanity from the division between Spirit & Science and ushering in a new and harmonious world order.
ACC is the home and workplace of Thea where she conducts research, writes and stages events. It is also the home of Skambha Stables which breeds and races thoroughbred horses, as well as Caroselle Dairy Products which produces all-natural artisanal farmhouse cheese, using pure milk from its herd of Holstein Friesian cows. Bio-gas is produced on site and is utilised to help fuel ACC's operations.
In 2014 and 2015 ACC presented 'The Future Realisation' (TFR) exhibition in Pondicherry at Aurodhan Art Gallery and in New Delhi at Mati Ghar (Indira Gandhi National Center for the Arts), which demonstrated the connection between the Supramental Gnosis of Sri Aurobindo & the Mother to the Vedic Age. ACC is currently raising funds towards presenting a third TFR exhibition in Washington DC, revised to show the important cosmological connection between India & the U.S.
ACC is supported by Aeon Trust, a not-for-profit Educational Trust registered with the Home Ministry of India and holding 80G status.
